im coming back to you all, i need this blog and my followers the most now.
i need 20 by summer. i will do 20 squats a night, at least one mile of walking (good 20 minutes or less) and 2-300 crunches a night. more if im feeling it.
meanwhile i am starting the abc diet tomorrow, i need this 20 pounds by summer. i am the heaviest i have been in a while. i need this, i need this. thinspo will come again to this blog.
